Project Description:
This project includes the reconstruction of the Broad Street Bridge from Capital Avenue to Farmington Avenue, and replacement of the existing bridge over Amtrak rail and CTfastrak. Substructure of the bridge was altered to allow for the CTfastrak transit service to operate along the Amtrak rail line. Project also included three new retaining walls, new parking lot and streetscape and beautification elements along Broad Street.
