Project Description:
This project consisted of a $62 Million renovation to the existing Student Union Center. Located in the center of the UMass Amherst Campus, this building provides a modern communal space for over 30,000 students and 200 registered student organizations. The renovations included major utility and structural upgrades, new exterior envelope, complete interior restoration and landscape finishes.
On Point Construction Services developed the Baseline CPM Schedule in line with the contract specification, and generated monthly updates throughout the duration of the project.
