Project Description:
The project included construction of the new 111,430 square foot Marlborough Elementary School accommodating approximately 700 students in Grades K-5. The project consisted of about 30 classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria/auditorium and multi-use areas within the new building. This project also included site work, hardscape/landscape, underground utilities, parking and onsite services, roadways, and playing fields with related play structures.
